Rhema International Ministries

“History”

Rhema International Ministries was birthed in the womb of Apostle (Dr.) Irene Belle in 1990. The church began with only a few members who moved from house to house conducting services. God anointed Dr. Belle with a Rhema Word that brought deliverance to many who attended services. Youth were being set free from drugs, alcohol and gang members began giving their lives to God. Our small beginnings produced many soldiers for God’s Army who were equipped to fight Satan’s Army and brought glory to Jesus Christ.

Rhema International Ministries is a non-denominational ministry who believes that the Holy bible is the Word of the Living God. We believe that by divine appointment, Jesus Christ died for our sins and has been, resurrected and sits at the right hand of the Father. We believe in the Holy Trinity-God the Father, Son, and The Holy Ghost.

Rhema International Ministries continued to grow and its first sanctuary was located in Gordon, Georgia. In October, 1991, Rhema moved to Milledgeville, Georgia and our membership had then grown to approximately 75 members. Dr. Belle continued to preach and teach and in 203, Rhema moved to a larger facility in Macon, Georgia at 286 Blossom Avenue. God continued to expand our ministry, and we moved again in 2005 to our present facility located at 914 Second Street in Macon, Georgia, seating 12 to 13 hundred people.

Our Ministry continues to grow by leaps and bounds. We have a large number of visitors and friends who attend our church services on a regular basis. Our Bible Study program has grown tremendously and many outreach programs and auxiliaries have been added. We currently have a Daycare Center, After-School Program, Sanction Program, Abstinence Program, and Re-entry Program for Inmates, Mentoring Program, Family Life Focus Center, Youth Program, Singles Ministry and other outreach programs geared to meet the needs of our community.

God has given Rhema a great vision that reaches outside of our Ministry. We are a “Dimensional Moving Ministry Known For It’s Anointing”, and “A Church Without Walls”. We are committed to build God’s Kingdom and strive for excellence as we fulfill the Great Commission that has been assigned.
